Aim

The goal is to create a project management tool that is user-friendly and designed explicitly for small businesses. This tool will help manage projects, tasks, and tools easily. With this app, team members can work together smoothly and keep track of project progress in real time. Our main objective is to increase efficiency, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard possible.

Research Question

What are the most effective project management tool features required for small-scale and mid-scale companies, and how do they impact project outcomes and team collaboration?

Research Assumption

Using collaborative project management tools leads to improved communication and coordination among team members, resulting in higher productivity and project success rates.

Lean UX Method

The Lean UX approach was utilised to produce this project. The method centres around testing and confirming hypotheses speedily and efficiently. This technique enables the designer to create favourable user experiences during the early stages through continuous development, iteration, and validation. The benefits of this process are numerous; it saves time and money, prioritises user needs throughout all stages, and is founded on data-driven decision-making, as all assumptions are tested and validated before implementation.
